Kolleru is one of India's largest freshwater lakes — and for generations, the families around it have lived by its rhythm. Fish and prawns weren't just food here; they were livelihood, celebration, and the taste of home.
Darlings grew out of that world. We wanted to take the honest goodness of lakeside meat and turn it into something you could tear open anywhere, anytime.
